It’s been a few months since we last checked in with our fantastic TopBarista team (click here to read more about what our TopBaristas get up to in a day), and since then our team has changed slightly!
We welcomed a new team member (welcome to the TopBrewer family, Meile), celebrated promotions (congratulations to Abbi and Natasha) and one of our longest-serving baristas, Vladimir, completed his training and is now part of TeamTech!
Amongst all of these changes, the team have had a busy few months! Read on to find out what they got up to…
We attended several Go Lives, including Alix Partners, Tarkett and Expedia! Go Lives are a great way of introducing the TopBrewer to staff after its installation, and our TopBaristas can be on site to ensure it runs smoothly, answer any questions and, most importantly, make sure everyone is enjoying great coffee! Go Lives are also great opportunities to show what the TopBrewer can do, including the ability to completely customise your beverage!
2018 was a busy event year for us, and November and December were no different! We attended WorkTech London in November, and travelled up to Manchester in December for the Mix Design Collective. We were delighted to see that a number of our clients scooped awards and merits on the night, including Orangebox and CBRE.
Our TopBaristas are the guardians of the coffee experience, so it’s vital they are super knowledgeable on the machines and the coffee they serve. As part of their role, our TopBaristas receive in-depth training on the perfect recipe for all of our TopBrewer beverages. Here’s Alona, checking the TopBrewer is pouring the perfect beverage.
The first few weeks of 2019 have been busy as ever, with numerous Go Lives and installs taking place, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of 2019 will bring!
