Survey: 90% of office workers said they would like more TopBrewers
The results from a recent workplace survey of TopBrewer users* suggests that 9 out of 10 employees would like to see more TopBrewers installed in their workplace to replace alternative coffee machines.
Employees value great coffee in the workplace and want to be able to grab a fresh cup of coffee wherever they are in the office. With its stylish, swan neck design and app-control technology, TopBrewer provides a real ‘wow factor’, whilst serving a delicious array of gourmet beverages.
The survey also concluded that 86% of users found the TopBrewer drink experience to be positive or extremely positive, with a similar 85% of respondents rating the taste of the coffee from the TopBrewer as positive or extremely positive. All TopBrewer coffee machines use Scanomat’s own brand AMOKKA specialty grade coffee beans which are hand-picked, directly-traded and roasted in-house at our micro-roastery.
TopBrewer is designed with the coffee user experience in mind, and 94% of workers agreed that TopBrewer is easy to use. Controlled by the intuitive TopBrewer app users can select and customise drinks with the nearby iPad or using their own smartphones, however only half (51%) of those surveyed were aware that they could download the TopBrewer app on their own device. Personalisation is a key trend and 73% of users found it a positive feature that they could take control of their own coffee experience by customising drinks, effectively becoming their own barista. A great feature of the smartphone app (available on iOS and Android) is that users can save their favourite drinks without having to remember their ideal settings each time.
As businesses continue to focus on employee experience, getting the coffee offering right in all areas of the workplace is high on the agenda.
