Premium coffee is not concentrated in coffee shops any longer, consumers expect a barista-quality beverage wherever they go – from the office tea point, to the supermarket, to the hotel lobby. Last month our customer experience and barista team headed back to coffee school at our headquarters in Copenhagen to brush up on their coffee knowledge. The aim of the trip was to visit our coffee roastery to get an in-depth understanding of our Amokka Coffee range, including the coffee roasting process and our Direct Trade principles.
