TopBrewer and TopJuicer selected for high-tech workspace at Telnyx in Dublin
Telnyx are known for providing leading edge telecommunications services, with their headquarters in Chicago. The European office in Dublin was opened to serve its growing customer base with international communications solutions and agile customer service.
The newly refurbished Dublin office occupies two floors located on the 5th and 6th floor of the impressive Waterways House in Grand Canal Quay; a futuristic, high-tech working environment which caters perfectly for their talented knowledge workers, now part of the thriving tech community in Dublin.
Telnyx were introduced to the TopBrewer family when their architect saw it in operation at another site and recommended it as the clear choice for the new office space, with its specialisation in delivering premium hot and cold drinks in an innovative and user-friendly way.
As part of the interior refurbishment project, a TopBrewer and Topjuicer are fitted seamlessly into the counter in the open refreshment area on the 5th floor by the Telnyx media wall, providing a premium range of drinks dispensed through the stylish swan-neck tap in their choice of finish – matt black. The under-counter brew unit enables a clutter-free counter-top which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Using the TopBrewer app, Telynix employees now enjoy an extensive range of hot drinks, including their current favourites of flat white, cappuccino, espresso and hot chocolate, as well as steaming hot water to provide tea drinkers with a perfect brew.
In addition, Telynx has selected a range of refreshing cold drinks with the TopJuicer – Apple & Elderflower, Cloudy Lemon and Strawberry Kiwi – not forgetting freshly filtered still and sparkling water.

Smart and Connected
Telnyx employees can use the TopBrewer app on their own smartphone, which enables them to save their favourite drinks to enjoy again and again, saving preferences such as strength of coffee or extra milk.
With access to the CoffeeCloud management system, Telnyx has full visibility of the TopBrewer system. CoffeeCloud gives access to key metrics and machine diagnostics at a glance of the dashboard and, with cross-device compatibility you can access the data on your smartphone, tablet or PC, for realtime insights at your fingertips.
