In Peru, we are working with a Fairtrade and Organic certified cooperative called Aprocanorsi, located in San Ignacio, Cajamarca. They were originally founded as an NGO in 2004 and later organized as a cooperative in 2014. We started buying form them in 2016 and the relationship is getting better every year.

Plantec Coffee is an organic certified producer which grows a very rare type of coffee at the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a small plantation that sits on the river bank in the region of Nuwakot at an altitude of around 700m. This is very low for speciality coffee, but because of Udjal's amazing attention to detail and a very particilar climate, he manages to create a very special coffee
